Dylan's lifelong connection to the stunning landscapes of Costa Rica and his unwavering love for the ocean laid the foundation for a remarkable career as a luxury real estate broker. Born into a family that relocated to Costa Rica when he was just a baby, Dylan enjoyed an idyllic childhood exploring the very same jungles and beaches that now serve as the backdrop for his own children's adventures.

After a transformative 12-year stint in Hawaii, where he cultivated his passion for surfing and developed a profound affinity for the ocean, Dylan pursued higher education at the University while on a baseball scholarship and earned a degree in Business Administration which would prove invaluable in shaping his future endeavors.

In 2006, he made a pivotal decision to return to Costa Rica, where he took the reins of the family's organic farm. This move allowed Dylan to immerse himself in the rich tapestry of Costa Rican culture, mastering the Spanish language and deepening his connection to the community.

While in Costa Rica, Dylan envisioned and brought to life Sunset Surf Dominical, a thriving surf camp that reflects his dedication. This venture showcased his entrepreneurial spirit which has led into several successful business ventures in Costa Rica.

With his profound knowledge of the area and a strong sense of community engagement, Dylan transitioned seamlessly into the realm of luxury real estate. He quickly established himself as a top producer earning esteemed accolades along the way.
