He was born in San Isidro and raised in Escaleras- Dominical area. He has been working as a Real Estate agent and Builder in the Southern Pacific since 2013. He attended a Private University in San Isidro, where he obtained a degree in Manager of Tourism Business and is currently studying for his second Degree in architecture.
Before that, He managed several residential projects, and part of his tasks included developing lands, running/managing crew, and constant customer service with suppliers. He gained vast experience and knowledge in infrastructure for real estate projects. He also made direct and frequent contact with the local government, surveyors, and service providers.
Josue is fluent in English and is very knowledgeable about Costa Rican laws and regulations.
When he is free, he enjoys his beautiful wife and four kids. Born and raised in Costa Rica, he can give you an overall perspective of the local culture and provide recommendations based on his experience.
