I’m Kelly Brannon, a real estate professional with over 20 years of global experience in the luxury sector. Born in Vancouver, I have lived full-time in Costa Rica since 2010 and currently reside in Playa Brasilito, giving me a deep, firsthand understanding of the communities I represent—both professionally and personally.
As an Associate Broker with Vesta Group, Flamingo Team, I specialize in residential real estate throughout Guanacaste, helping buyers and sellers navigate lifestyle-driven purchases and sales, from full-time retirement homes to vacation residences and investment properties.
In addition to residential real estate, I offer turnkey solutions for developers across Costa Rica. With extensive expertise in real estate development consulting, marketing, and design, I work alongside developers to bring projects from concept to market with a cohesive and strategic approach.
My career began in the luxury yachting industry, where I worked as a Chief Stewardess and Purser on vessels up to 300 feet. The foundation of world-class service, discretion, and attention to detail that I developed in yachting continues to inform my approach to real estate today. Over the years, I have led sales and marketing for boutique brokerages, partnered on exclusive developments, and launched my own consulting and branding firms: Peak Integrated Marketing and Premara Yachting.
