After my own extensive investigation of various local communities, as well as my own review of properties on the market at the time, I contacted Christine and Lance in the hope they could assist me in finding a home and property meeting my needs, desires and dreams here in the beautiful Costa Ballena. To that end, I provided Christine with a detailed list of my key criteria and then steeled myself for a long wait and a tedious process of running around checking potential options. Very surprisingly, Christine got back to me in only a few days stating, with some confidence, that she had found a property that was an excellent fit. I was more than a little dubious, but after meeting with Christine and Lance the next day I was astounded to find myself in 100% in agreement within minutes of arriving at the property .
