Selvamar is a small community tucked into the jungle of Nosara here at the beach. Located in the L section this project is a short walk to the local School of Del Mar Academy. The streets in this community were named after important trees from our Region of Costa Rica. The Guanacaste being our State Tree is one of the largest and most beautiful. This property is located at the end of the access road far from any road noise and backs up to local preserve land. At the entrance to each of the streets in this community is an electrical Column with meter base for each lot. The infrastructure to pull electrical from the electrical meter to each property was installed by the developer and is underground with a register box at each property!
The community also has a beautiful common area with a large pavilion and beautiful pool perfect for families. There is a shallow end for children as well as a jacuzzi sitting area and a large stone waterfall! The pavilion has 2 sets of bathrooms with changing areas, a large common kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and more! To help maintain this area with garden services, pool services, and general maintenance the owners each pay $60 USD per month.
